Comfort for One of Oregon's Wettest Towns
Grand Ronde sits in the Coast Range, and it gets a lot more rain than the valley floor. Long-term records show about 100 inches a year here. That's about double what Willamina gets, just a few miles away.
All that rain means a long, damp heating season. Inverter heat pumps are our specialty. An inverter heat pump runs at the speed your home needs, so it can keep rooms steady through months of cool, wet weather. It also cools on hot summer days.
Have rooms that never feel warm, or no ductwork at all? A ductless mini split can heat and cool a room or an addition without new ducts.

Grand Ronde Runs on PGE
Electricity in Grand Ronde comes from Portland General Electric (PGE). That's good news for energy incentives. PGE customers can work with Energy Trust of Oregon on qualifying heating and cooling projects. Peak is an Energy Trust of Oregon Trade Ally.
Heat with propane or wood instead? Tell us what's in your home now. We'll help you sort out which energy incentives may apply before you decide.

Help with backup power for homes in a wildfire-season shutoff area
Stay Ready with the Peak Performance Plan
Grand Ronde is inside one of PGE's Public Safety Power Shutoff areas. During hot, dry, windy weather, PGE may turn off power to lower wildfire risk. In September 2022, it did just that across the West Valley.
A Generac whole home generator can keep your heat pump, fridge, and lights running when that happens. And the Peak Performance Plan keeps your system on a regular maintenance schedule, so it's ready for long wet winters and dry late summers.
