Ready to Move Past Baseboards or an Old Furnace?
Corvallis has a mix of older homes and newer builds. Some still rely on baseboard heaters, wall heaters, or a furnace that's near the end of its life. Many have no central air at all.
That's where we can help:
Inverter heat pumps for homes with ductwork. One system heats in the winter and cools in the summer.
Ductless mini splits for homes or rooms without ducts. No new ductwork needed.
Home energy assessments to see where your home loses heat before you spend money on equipment.
We'll look at your home and give you an honest recommendation, even if that means a repair instead of a new system.

Corvallis Weather and Your Utility
Winters in the south valley are mild but long and wet. Fog and drizzle can hang around for weeks. Then summer turns hot and dry, and more homes are adding cooling. An inverter heat pump handles both seasons with steady, quiet comfort.
Most Corvallis homes get electricity from Pacific Power, and natural gas comes from NW Natural. Both work with Energy Trust of Oregon, and Peak is an Energy Trust of Oregon Trade Ally. We'll help you see which energy incentives may apply to your project.
