Shane began his HVAC career in 2007 during a major boom in new home construction, quickly gaining hands-on experience across a high volume of projects. Through the years, he developed a strong belief that still guides the company today: the quality of the installation matters more than the brand of the equipment. That means no cutting corners, no rushing jobs, and no compromising on workmanship.
Troy brings over 15 years of HVAC experience, backed by a completed apprenticeship and multiple certifications including LEB, NATE, EPA, PTCS Heat Pump & Duct Sealing, and more. He specializes in retrofit applications, helping homeowners upgrade existing systems for improved comfort and efficiency, and takes the time to make sure every customer feels informed and confident.
