Safety First
If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, leave the house right away and call 911 or your gas utility from outside. Don't call us first.
If you smell burning or see smoke, shut the system off and call 911 if anyone could be in danger.

We find the problem. A technician diagnoses it and explains what was found.
You decide. We go over your repair and replacement options before work begins, and we'll tell you if a repair doesn't make sense.

Does the thermostat need fresh batteries?
Is the air filter clogged?
